Privacy Policy

The short version

• No account, no sign-up, no ads, no tracking across other apps or websites.
• We never ask for your name, email, location or contacts.
• Your pet, coins and progress are stored on your device.
• We collect anonymous usage statistics to understand how the game is played and to fix problems.

Anonymous usage statistics

• The app sends anonymous events (for example "the pet grew up", "a mini game was finished", "the shop was opened") to TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics service based in the EU.
• These events are tied to a random identifier created when the app is first installed. It is hashed before it leaves your device and is not linked to your identity, your Apple ID or any advertising identifier.
• Along with events we send technical information: device model, iOS version, app version and language. If the app runs into an error, a short technical description of the error is sent so we can fix it.
• Pet names and anything you type are never sent.

In-app purchases

• Coin packs are bought through Apple’s App Store. Apple handles the payment; we never see your payment details or your Apple ID.
• The app keeps the App Store transaction number on your device so the same purchase is never counted twice. Anonymous statistics record which pack was bought and its price, without any personal information.

Notifications

• If you allow notifications, the app schedules reminders on your device (for example when your pet is hungry). They are created locally; no notification data is sent to any server.
• You can turn notifications off at any time in the app’s Settings or in iOS Settings.

Photos

• Photo mode lets you save a picture of your pet to your photo library or share it. The app only adds photos you choose to save; it does not read your library.
• The optional photo frame lets you pick one photo using the iOS photo picker. The selected photo is stored only inside the app on your device and is never uploaded.

Widget

The home screen widget shows your pet using data stored on your device. Nothing is sent to a server.

Children

• Raise Your Pets is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. The statistics we collect are anonymous and cannot be used to identify a person.
• Purchases on a child’s device can be controlled with Apple’s Ask to Buy and Screen Time features.

Your choices and your data

• Because we do not collect personal information, there is no personal profile to view or delete. Deleting the app removes all game data from your device.
• If you have any question about privacy, write to us and we will answer.

Changes

If the app starts handling information differently, we will update this page and the date at the top.
